Waterpark Ticketing Associate Seasonal Part-Time

This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fun, high-energy environment while providing exceptional customer service to guests. As a Waterpark Ticketing Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for all visitors. The position will consist of cash-handling, operate a POS cash system at a high traffic ticketing window, set-up and clean party rooms/lobby area and stocking the Marketplace.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

• Set up and break down of party rooms.
• Sells tickets using cash and credit card machine for the waterpark and register guests.
• Consistent cleaning of party room, restrooms and lobby areas including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, hosing off decks, pick up trash, sanitizing, window washing, scrubbing tiles, empty and re-bag trash bins.
• POS for marketplace sales grab and go items.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or currently enrolled
• Demonstrated experience interacting with children and families
• Prior cash handling experience preferred

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Food Handler’s card (company provided training)

• Effectively communicate in English for business and safety reasons

• Excellent customer service skills and cash handling experience
• MUST be available to work weekends and holidays
