NOTE: This role is hybrid and requires 2 days a week in our Walnut Creek, CA office.

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Product Manager, Emerging Partners, the Travel Product Coordinator, Marketing role serves as a key liaison between the Product and Partnership team and the Marketing team to ensure seamless coordination of activities, tactics, and assets. This role supports the execution of partnership strategies and marketing initiatives aimed at achieving Travel business goals. This role will be responsible for managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, and facilitating cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and efficiency across teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES

  • Liaises across partnership team to coordinate activities, tactics, and assets with Travel Marketing
  • Coordinates with partners (Tour/Cruise + Emerging Partners) as it relates to upcoming Travel Marketing initiatives and deadlines
  • Ensures Partner briefs and promotional campaign briefs are completed and followed to ensure proper branding and deliverables for partners
  • Owns monthly/quarterly development and curation of Travel Partner Newsletter
  • Assists in managing deliverables and timeline of Annual Advisor Summit
  • Conducts marketing research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights
  • Ensures product descriptions and pricing are accurate and updated (in coordination with Travel Marketing)
  • Support Sales Team with Events (as needed, for B2B and B2C)
  • Supports Marketing Team with Events (as needed, for B2B and B2C)
  • Assists in tracking and analyzing metrics reported to external priority partners, as part of regular reporting, and to guide campaign strategy
  • Participate in marketing report development and read outs and share insights on travel product performance (working with Travel Marketing to collate data and feedback) with Travel leadership team

  • Ability to develop and deliver both oral and written presentations.
  • Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions using judgment consistent with the leadership principles of the organization.

EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

  • Minimum Qualifications
    • High school diploma
    • 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service role, marketing team role, sales, and/or business administration
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
    • 1 - 2 years of experience in Travel
We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $62,319.00 - Mid: $77,899.00- Max: $93,478.00
