This role will be pivotal in developing and activating learning content, bridging business needs with learning design through various partnerships. You will collaborate with Skill Development Specialists and Global Supply Chain Operations to improve the Supply Chain Learning path. </span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Please note: </span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>No relocation<span> </span></span><span>assistance</span><span><span> </span>is offered for this position.</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>The role is based on our Billund HQ. Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>The internal title will be Skills Lead, and the internal level is Senior Manager and is an Individual Contributor role. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Core Responsibilities</span></b><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Collaborate with colleagues to set priorities for skills development in the Global Supply Chain Operations (GSCO) business unit. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Develop, review, and update learning plans in alignment with our broader skills development L&D strategy and our Global Supply Chain Operations initiatives. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>As the program owner, you will own the complete learning lifecycle: You will<span> </span></span><span>be responsible</span><span><span> </span>for</span><span><span> </span>project management (discovery and scoping<span> </span></span><span>for</span><span><span> </span>communication, delivery, and measurement).</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Nurture a <span>learning-through-play</span> approach to inspire a diverse audience and champion a culture of learning. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Continue to define and evolve the skill taxonomy for Global Supply Chain Operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Scout world-class experts to co-create and enhance impactful learning experiences. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Collaborate with internal and external partners to prioritize skills development and implement effective learning strategies. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Role model excellent informal leadership, adding to a dynamic and supportive working environment.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Adopt the LEGO Group Leadership Playground<span> </span></span><span>to foster</span><span><span> </span>a culture of continuous learning. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Do you know what it takes?</span></b><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Significant experience</span><span><span> </span>in consumer-packaged goods, including demonstrable experience with digital content marketing. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>A background in Supply Chain & Operations would be preferable.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Comfortable operating in a global environment with dispersed partners. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Fantastic communication skills to connect with all levels of the organization.
