Manufacturing Technician

We are looking for multiple Manufacturing Technicians to help us with our production needs that result in high-quality products. You need to have good knowledge of tool design and fabrication methods. Other necessary manufacturing technician skills include excellent communication skills, commitment to quality, and familiarity with safety and environmental standards. If you’re also inventive and meticulous, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll be the one to ensure our production lines work efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed
• Study production and machine requirements
• Develop and test effective automated and manual systems
• Resolve issues and delays in production
• Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations
• These positions will perform a variety of physical work and will require lifting and carrying up to about 40lbs, being on your feet at a work station, and having good eye-hand coordination.
• You would be working with hazardous chemicals from time to time which all appropriate training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided to you

Requirements

• 2+ years of previous experience as a manufacturing technician or similar role in production
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques
• Hours are generally 7:00 am to 3:30 pm - Monday - Friday with occasional overtime as needed
• Candidates must me local to the Lexington, KY area.
