This is a two-year programme with a strong focus on your development. You will have an individual development plan aiming at a targeted competence profile after two years and building blocks with learning goals towards that target. As part of the programme, you can look forward to assignments/rotations aimed at giving you a chance to really get into a project and deliver value. </p><p><strong>Your role as a Talent- Microsoft Exchange Administrator </strong><br/> Your daily activities</p><ul><li>Administrate and operate the Mail services and Microsoft Exchange platform online/on-premise </li><li>Design and support the improvement of the current implemented services  </li><li>Introduction of new services and features provided by Microsoft 365  </li><li>Resolve tickets according to service level agreement. </li><li>Participate in on-call service  </li><li>Participate in Infrastructure related projects for Messaging and Microsoft 365   </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Who are you? </strong></p><ul><li>Technical Degree (Computer Science, Maths, Engineering or equivalent) and/or relevant tech experience. </li><li>Good knowledge in Microsoft 365 Enterprise applications and provided services  </li><li>Fundamental knowledge of infrastructure services and technologies </li><li>Fundamental Knowledge in Active Directory Services </li><li>Fundamental knowledge in ITIL and IT security </li><li>Ability to communicate with technical experts and customers </li><li>The ability to build trust and confidence and to be a team player in an international team </li><li>Good language skills in English </li><li>Microsoft Certified Associate related to Microsoft 365 is beneficial. </li></ul><p><strong>As a Talent – SharePoint Administrator you recognize yourself in the following: </strong><br/> You have graduated with an IT relevant education and are now pursuing a career in IT operations and Microsoft Exchange and M365 services.  We are looking for someone who is interested in learning, takes initiative and is willing to lead work.
