Position Summary:

We are seeking two Service Technicians to join our team at the Anaheim location, starting in the

shop with the potential to transition to field work. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and

maintaining electric and internal combustion forklifts, along with other warehouse equipment.

We provide the necessary mechanical resources, training, and tools, including a cell phone,

tablet, and van for fieldwork.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electric forklifts, including both AC/DC motors (single-phase and three-phase).
• Diagnose and repair internal combustion (IC) forklifts, including engine rebuilds.
• Perform hydraulic diagnostics, remove and install hydraulic parts, and read hydraulic diagrams.
• Conduct brake jobs on IC units.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks as required.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams for electrical repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the forklift industry or related mechanical field (case
• by case for less experience).
• Strong knowledge of electric forklifts and internal combustion engines.
• Proficiency in diagnosing hydraulic issues and conducting necessary repairs.
• Experience with AC/DC electric motors, including single-phase and three-phase
• systems.
• Ability to read and understand wiring and hydraulic diagrams.
• Familiarity with engine repair and rebuilds on IC engines.
• Welding or fabrication certification or more than 3 years of experience.
• Familiarity with brands such as Crowne, Toyota, Naman Hobbs, and Raymond is a plus.
• High School Diploma required.
• Recent graduates or upcoming graduates from UTI (within 30 days) are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Welding or fabrication certification.
• Experience with major forklift brands like Crowne, Toyota, Naman Hobbs, and Raymond.

Compensation:

• $28/hour for candidates with 2 years of experience.
• $30-$33/hour for candidates with 3 years of experience.
• Candidates with more than 3 years of experience can negotiate above $33/hour, subject to performance evaluation within 90 days.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• 1-hour unpaid lunch break
• Two paid breaks
