Location: Cottage Grove, WI (with travel to branch locations)

We’re looking for a Field Technician I who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and deliver top-notch technical support—whether it’s desk-side, remote, or on-site. You’ll be part of a collaborative crew that keeps our systems humming and our coworkers smiling.
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across laptops, applications, networks, and devices
- Deliver support that’s not just fast—but friendly and co-worker centric
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service
- Help identify and squash recurring tech issues before they become problems
- Support both Windows and Chrome OS environments
What You Bring:
- Associate’s degree in an IT-related field (or equivalent experience)
- Microsoft or Google certification (or working toward one)
- 6+ months of relevant tech support experience
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, and enterprise environments
- A valid driver’s license and a passion for helping people
