Opportunity Overview 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in Python to work on Generative AI projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our team and will participate in varying projects, from chatbots to agentic systems to whatever comes next. This role has some hybrid flexibility however the candidate must be able to work on-site at the North Reading office. 

• Work on projects in the Generative AI space, contributing not just code, but ideas 

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve our product, our process, and our team 

• Encourage good software engineering practices (unit testing, documentation, code reviews) in our projects 

• Collaborate with team members in different time zones 

 

All About You 

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field 

• 3+ years of commercial software development experience 

• Proficient in Python with experience programming for deployed systems 

• Development experience in AI/ML with Generative AI experience preferred. Generative AI development experience can be for either personal or professional projects 

• Experience using Generative AI tools, for example ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot 

• Technical leadership ability.  Strong collaboration and teamwork skills but also able to work independently where appropriate. 

• Able to clearly express your ideas and concepts both written and verbally, and to modify content effectively for individuals with different levels of technical expertise.
