The Core Portfolio consists of  a large amount of products within the categories of Milk, Cheese, Soft Serve, Milkshake, Milk Based Beverages, Cooking Cream, Yoghurt &amp; other fermented products. You will be setting the direction for the development of the core portfolio and work cross functionally to develop a winning core portfolio that deliver on the Arla Pro brand promise. Together with the chef community, Innovation &amp; local markets you will identify the Arla Pro core portfolio needs, develop clear portfolio USPs and drive scale across markets. You are passionate about delivering customer value and will engage with markets and customers to unlock the back-of-house innovation needs for both organized chains and independent customers to make Arla Pro stand out as true partners to our chefs. </span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span><span><span>In the role you will be measured on your ability to execute and deliver commercial results; and to plan and follow through. You will have the direct people management responsibility for a team consisting of 4 direct reports.
