About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team, focusing on selling ONESOURCE Tax Information Reporting solutions to financial institutions, cryptocurrency companies, and organizations with digital assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax reporting requirements, financial technology, and the evolving landscape of digital assets.

Location: remote based role in the US.

About the Role:
In this opportunity you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for ONESOURCE Tax Information Reporting solutions
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within financial institutions, crypto companies, and organizations dealing with digital assets
    • Prospecting is a must!
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of ONESOURCE Tax Information Reporting
  • Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position our solution as the best fit for their tax reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to drive upsells and cross-sells
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tax regulations, and competitive offerings
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline and report on sales activities and results
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads

About You:
You're a fit for the role if you have:

  • Basic knowledge of tax information reporting requirements and challenges faced by financial institutions and digital asset companies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Must be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and possess a growth mindset, capable of managing change effectively 
  • Skilled in leading detailed sales processes involving various stakeholders
  • Knowledge of IRS regulations related to information reporting and withholding
  • Enthusiastic about prospecting and able to manage the entire sales cycle independently from initiation to closure 
  • College degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years direct field sales experience (sales experience in the corporate sector preferred) with proven, exemplary track record of sales quota over achievement
