Senior Director, Client Services - Healthcare/Infusion

Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing concerns promptly to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing client services team, setting clear expectations and driving continuous improvement.
• Monitor service delivery across all client touchpoints, implementing processes to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and collaborate with internal teams to address service gaps and drive client retention.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase operational efficiency and client satisfaction, optimizing processes and workflows.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between client services and other departments to enhance overall client outcomes.
• Track and report on client services performance, KPIs, and customer satisfaction, making data-driven recommendations for service improvements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5 or more years of experience in client services
• 2 or more years in a leadership or management role, preferably in healthcare, infusion management, or a related industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading client services teams, driving client satisfaction, and optimizing service delivery.
• Strong understanding of infusion management processes and healthcare operations.
