About the role

This is a remote position.

The Data Entry Specialist will play a crucial role in our operations by accurately inputting and maintaining client information in our database. This position requires a meticulous individual with excellent attention to detail, as the accuracy of data entries is paramount. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Retrieval and Analysis:
    • Retrieve client invoices and other relevant documents from various sources.
    • Analyze data from different services to ensure accuracy and completeness before entry.
  2. Data Entry and Management:
    • Enter data into a customized template with precision and attention to detail.
    • Upload completed data entries into the system in a timely manner.
    • Maintain an organized and detailed storage system to ensure all data entries are properly filed and easily accessible.
  3. Quality Assurance:
    • Perform regular checks to ensure data entries are accurate and complete.
    • Identify and correct errors in data entries promptly.
    • Implement procedures for continuous improvement in data entry processes.
  4. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborate with team members and management to streamline data entry processes.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to data entries.
    • Provide support and training to other team members as needed.

Requirements


  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
    • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
    • Familiarity with data entry software and tools is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills:
    • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to maintain a well-organized and systematic approach to data entry and storage.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and management.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to spot errors efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a data entry role or similar position.
  • Experience working with databases and information systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday from 2 PM until 10 PM. Saturday from 2 PM - 6 PM (Remote)
