The Sr. Data Scientist is responsible for supporting key leaders in the development and deployment of technology-enabled data science models that will enable informed decision-making at a strategic level. From harvesting and schema design to machine learning products and decision support, data science at Hach is a new and exciting role with many opportunities to positively impact our success. We are looking for professionals to analyze large amounts of data to find patterns and solutions that will improve our capabilities to develop go-to market strategies, develop predictive and forecasting models, and perform financial, pricing, revenue, bookings, and cost analytics.

The position will be a full-time employee that will sit in the Global Finance function reporting to the Sr. Director of FP&A and direct interaction with the CFO. The position will be on-site in Loveland, Colorado.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 5+ years' experience as a data scientist, data analyst, or data engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business.
• Has working knowledge of multiple programming languages and statistical packages, as well as knowledge of dataset tools and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) tools.
• Critical thinker that is comfortable supporting collaborative problem solving in a team environment.
• Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
