Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Analysing data from various sources to provide insights that enable and drive data-informed decision making for our web and mobile app portfolio
- Defining and implementing data interfaces and tracking concepts and ensuring consistent and effective data collection
- Identifying key metrics, developing reports and dashboards and providing actionable recommendations to improve product performance, user experience and overall business outcomes
- Supporting A/B testing and experiments to ensure statistically correct results
- Monitoring product performance and user behaviour on a regular basis
- Proactively supporting decision making, identifying risks and potential improvements for our web and mobile app business
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, engineers and designers to understand user behaviour and business impact and to detect opportunities and validate hypotheses
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a digital product or technology-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Hotjar
- Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases and extracting data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving
- Very good English skills
Desirable extras.
- Advanced certifications in data science, analytics, or related fields
- Experience in maintaining data landscapes and the interpretation of data and correlations in an ecosystem, preferably in the retail industry
- Understanding of digital product development processes and methodologies
- Experience with agile development practices and tools like Jira
- A proactive mindset towards exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance data analysis capabilities
