Speedie Recovery of South Florida Inc. is one of the busiest and fastest-growing repossession companies in the region, handling high-volume assignments for major lenders. We are looking for experienced, motivated, and professional Repo Agents to join our team.

This is not an entry-level driving job — we are looking for individuals who can work independently, follow compliance laws, and handle high-pressure situations the right way.

Responsibilities

• Locate and recover vehicles assigned for repossession
  
  
• Use LPR (license plate recognition) systems and skip tracing tools
  
  
• Conduct repossessions in compliance with all laws and company policies
  
  
• Maintain detailed updates, photos, and condition reports
  
  
• Safely transport recovered vehicles to designated lots
  
  
• Communicate with dispatch and management in real-time
  
  
• De-escalate situations and avoid breach of peace at all times
  
  

Requirements

• Prior repossession experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
  
  
• Clean driving record
  
  
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
  
  
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills
  
  
• Must pass background check and drug screening
  
  
• Reliable and professional attitude — no shortcuts
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with wheel-lift or flatbed tow trucks
  
  
• Familiarity with LPR systems
  
  
• Knowledge of Florida repossession laws
  
  
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
