POSITION OVERVIEW
C-Path's Operations team consists of Human Resources, Finance, Legal, IT and administrative functions. We are looking for a purpose driven, self-motivated, process-oriented Technical Project Manager with experience coordinating activities across multiple projects. The Technical Project Manager will work directly with internal and external stakeholders, vendors and partners to ensure deliverables fall within scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all projects are managed efficiently and coordinate resource needs to meet project deliverables. CORE DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and track project plans, timelines, budget, and milestones, and take corrective action when needed.
- Prepare, facilitate, and provide status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, define and track action items and prepare meeting minutes.
- Develop and foster good working relationships among partners, funders, subcontractors and C-Path team members.
- Write concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other supporting materials.
- Facilitate obtaining consensus among stakeholders on key decisions.
- Prepare, track, and report on project budgets and expenditures.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Negotiate operations agreements and contracts.
- Ensure the completion of all C-Path legal and financial obligations for operations contracted partners.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with internal stakeholders to map out and implement efficient and effective changes.
- Collaborate across departments to complete project and budget reporting, as needed.
- Travel on occasion for out-of-town meetings (max 5-10%)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Professional conduct with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
- Working knowledge of budgeting concepts, terminology and forecasting.
- Outstanding oral, written, and virtual communication skills, including fluency in health-related scientific and regulatory language and writing.
- Proactive time management and problem-solving skills.
- Works independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet challenging deadlines.
- Drives the efficient completion of team tasks.
- Exercises sound business judgment.
- Successfully anticipates issues or challenges and proactively addresses them without being specifically directed.
- Effectively communicates with internal staff and external stakeholders and modifies actions based on recommendations and feedback.
- Expert use of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proficiency with MS Project and SharePoint preferred.
- Proficiency with project management tools, such as Monday.com, preferred.
- Proficient use of standard office meeting/communication software including Zoom
