Asset Manager, Senior Lead Associate

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Asset Manager team lead to join our team.  The primary responsibility for this job is the management of and reporting on client IT assets. This position requires strong communication skills.  The person in this position will be meeting with stakeholders, interfacing with customers as well as collaborating with the asset management team, service desk as well as other operations teams.  Must have experience developing asset management reports, plans and procedures.

This role requires individuals who are highly self-motivated, utilize effective communication skills, and can quickly solve problems.  We are seeking candidates with the following: 

 

• Proven work experience as an Asset Manager or similar role
• High level of experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM Tool
• Must be skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and managerial expertise
• Ability to work well both independently and as a part of a team
• Ability to lift (25lbs) of IT equipment, laptops/desktops/monitors 

Qualifications

• 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree
• Must have customer service experience
• Must be U.S. citizen
• Ability to lift 25 lbs

Target Salary Range

$51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
