About the role

AVER is a fast-growing SDVOSB that has achieved significant revenue growth over the past 5 plus years with much of our work focused on Data Analytics, Mission Support, IT Modernization and Biometrics. AVER is seeking a Program Analyst with strong data analytical, data management and reporting experience to support a key DHS client. Requires ability to work through the entire program lifecycle from requirements gathering through to closeout.   • Maintain and manage a database of facilities portfolio information in the real property system of record, TRIRIGA (or its replacement)
  • Ensure all data is kept up to date, is reviewed regularly for accuracy, and is complete based on the data available
  • Perform project reporting; real property reporting; quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) of Project Requirements Documents (PRDs); managing data in various project reporting databases; reviewing change requests; reviewing/drafting IAAs; and assembling various presentations as needed
  • Track cost, schedule, and performance data, and participate in project review
  • Support the PMO in effectively identifying, addressing, and monitoring existing and future risks related to current project initiatives
  • Perform assessments to identify risks (and associated impacts and results) related to performance, schedule, and cost risk in all aspects of projects; providing risk management baselines and managing contingency and risk mitigation execution; preparing risk management quantitative assessments and status reports; monitoring the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies; and communicating the impact of changes to risk to management
  • Assist the Government in developing a database which includes but is not limited to: regional information, border distance, border activity, facility operations, facility characteristics and details, energy and water characteristics, capacity drivers, financials, and maintenance information
Education Requirements:       
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience Requirements:      
  • 5+ years of experience as a Program Analyst, Management Analyst or Data Analyst 
  • Experience with Excel to perform data analysis, management, ensure data integrity for large data sets
  • Experience with leveraging data to provide actionable insights for enhance program performance is required
Desired Requirements:     
  • Experience with IBM TRIRIGA and SAP, desired 
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Location: 
  • HYBRID (Two days on site in Indianapolis, IN)
 Security Requirements:     
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • This role supports a government agency which requires U.S. citizenship
