Summary

 

As a ​Senior Programmer Analyst (UNIX/C/SQL) at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. You will use your programming and analytical skills to drive the development of healthcare administration products used, and relied upon, by millions of patients. Your role in our mission

 

Take a close look at some of the details that contribute to Gainwell’s industry-leading tools and technologies in this challenging position. 

 

• Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients’ objectives in important areas.
• Participates as a member of development team.
• Completes development of units with designs prepared by more senior developers.
• Participates in code reviews. Prepares and executes unit tests.
• Applies growing technical knowledge to maintain a technology area (e.g. Web- site Development).
• May perform unit design.
• Applies company and 3rd party technologies to software solutions of moderate complexity.
• Configures end-user or enterprise systems designed by more senior technologists.

 

What we're looking for

 

• 6+ years of application development and programming experience preferably in a healthcare IT systems environment.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL server databases, web service development, workflow management tools like K2, Middleware technology like BizTalk is plus, debugging issues related to Windows server and IIS, SDLC, MVC and Entity maintenance framework.
• Experience with any of the following: COBOL, PL/1, Java, C, C++ and/or .NET C
• Good Knowledge of OOPS concepts. 
• Designs and implement solution components.
