The role of the LTC Strategic Accounts Manager is to build and nurture relationships with regional LTC organizations and associations. This role is integral to the growth and success of Teva’s psychiatry product portfolio within the LTC sector. Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with internal teams—such as sales, marketing, and medical affairs—to align and implement effective strategies that drive product adoption and market penetration. The successful incumbent will also work externally with LTC organizations to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that Teva’s solutions are positioned to meet the evolving demands of the sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the LTC market and its regulatory environment, along with a proven track record in strategic account management. Success in this role requires the ability to create and maintain cross-functional partnerships that enhance sales strategies, influence marketing plans, and ultimately support the growth and sustainability of Teva’s psychiatry products in the long-term care market.
Location/Geography: This role will be responsible for accounts primarily located in the Western United States. The ideal candidate can be located anywhere in the US, but should reside near a major airport.

- Develop and nurture strong relationships with strategic customers
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of AUSTEDO to provide expert guidance and support to key accounts with a focus on large facilities
- Maintain an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of the regulatory requirements related to Long Term Care on the National, State, and Local levels
- Create and implement strategic account plans tailored to each key customer and align them with the company’s objectives
- Identify the unique needs and challenges of each key account and propose customized solutions that align with AUSTEDO.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for cross-functional departments
- Work closely with internal Teva departments such as Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to address customer needs and resolve any issues promptly
- Identify and provide training and education to key account stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and staff, to ensure proper product utilization and patient care
- Gather feedback from key accounts and use it to continuously improve products and services as well as to address any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with payers and government bodies to secure product access and reimbursement for psychiatric treatments
- Perform all functions in compliance with Teva’s policies and procedures.
Your experience and qualifications
Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.,
Education/Certification/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of Institutional and Long-Term Care experience required. Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.
- Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical industry, institutional, and Long-Term Care experience strongly preferred.
- Experience selling branded specialty products preferred.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Approximately up to 50% travel is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Occasional:
- Sitting for extended periods of time at workstation or mobile equipment.
Visual Acuity:
- Perform activities such as computer work, preparing and analyzing data, and extensive reading.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed on site visits
