Transportation Coordinator - Part-time- 1st shift

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents on and off the bus, using the vehicle lift, when necessary
• Walk residents into their appointment, picks them up from their appointments.
• Maintains cleanliness of interior and exterior of the bus
• Completes any forms necessary for upkeep of bus
• Responsible for taking transportation requests and keeping track of all appointments
• Ability to coordinate multiple transportation requests in one day and accommodate all requests in a reasonable manner
• Ability to organize and coordinate directions to maintain the most efficient route
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor when driving the Activity Bus, which supports team performance and productivity

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Must hold valid driver’s license
• Minimum age of 21 years or older preferred with driving record in good standing 
• Prior experience in driving an Activity bus for the senior population is preferred
• Intermediate computer skills required
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
