About the role

Job Summary: 

The Level 2 AI Business Analyst serves as a cross-functional partner between Enterprise IT Operations and the other business units, helping to scope, design, and deliver AI-driven solutions across the Enterprise. You will work more independently to identify use cases, gather and translate requirements, and contribute to the configuration and deployment of agentic AI systems, automations, and ambient monitoring tools. This role is suited for someone with a few years of experience who is ready to take ownership of projects and help modernize IT processes through AI integration and smart tooling.

Job Expectations: 

  • Design and test a range of AI-powered bots and workflow automations, including those for ticket triage, endpoint automation, and user self-service.

  • Support prompt engineering, tool configuration, and data validation for Gen AI tools.

  • Assist with implementing and evaluating Ambient AI systems that monitor IT environments or trigger proactive responses.

  • A keen understanding of the risks associated with AI implementation, including data privacy, algorithmic bias, and ethical considerations.

  • Partnering with all business units to identify automation opportunities by analyzing and documenting processes; assessing feasibility for Gen AI Integration.

  • Directing meetings, interviews, and workshops to gather requirements and design solutions.

  • Documenting process workflows, creating technical designs, release notes, and other project documentation to support development, security, operations, and maintenance of a project.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, agile team members and project managers to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables

  • Work with team members to proactively identify, communicate and resolve issues and risks that impede the execution and/or success of projects assigned

  • Create how-to guides and internal documentation for new Gen AI tools.

  • Help run internal demos or training sessions with non-technical users.

  • Be available to work after hours and provide support for a 24/7 operation

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

   Required:

  • Exposure to scripting/Gen AI/automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Google Apps Script, RPA).

  • Experience assisting with or deploying IT chatbots, ticket routing agents, Gen AI automation.

  • Understanding of ITIL service processes (incident, change, knowledge management).

  • Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, CrewAI) and Ambient AI systems (proactive monitoring, alerts).

  • Knowledgeable on agile-driven development using Scrum methodology and use of Kanban Boards

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail when documenting or explaining technical workflows.

  • Be available to work after hours and provide support for a 24/7 operation

Experience Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant focus on delivering AI/ML projects. Proven experience with a variety of AI tools, platforms, and methodologies.

Education Requirements: 

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A strong academic record demonstrating an interest in technology and data is often a plus.
