About the Role

We are looking for a People and Culture Business Partner to support our Corporate and Technical teams, this role will serve as both a strategic partner and a hands-on, supportive resource for our leadership and teams.You’ll play a key role in supporting the evolving needs of our highly skilled corporate and technical teams—helping leaders build scalable teams, navigate ambiguity, and foster inclusive, high-performing cultures that align with business objectives. You will work closely with leaders to drive people strategies that promote employee engagement, development, and retention, while also managing operational HR activities. Your ability to balance strategic foresight with the ability to dive into day-to-day support will be key in this role. This role will report to the Corporate People and Culture Business Partner Manager.

  • Act as a thought partner for leadership across Corporate (Marketing, Merchandising, Legal, and Finance) and Technical (Engineering, Product and Analytics) functions, helping to shape and execute people strategies that drive business success.
  • Advise on org design challenges, including team structures, leveling frameworks, and career paths that are fit-for-purpose for both high-growth tech and structured corporate environments.
  • Translate business strategies into talent plans specific to high-growth, complex functions—such as scaling engineering teams, supporting product roadmaps and enabling Finance and Legal with succession and capability planning.
  • Provide operational HR support to managers and employees on day-to-day issues such as employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and HR system transactions, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Support organizational effectiveness initiatives such as role clarity, decision-rights alignment, and team health diagnostics within matrixed or cross-functional teams.
  • Leverage data and analytics to guide decision-making, monitor trends (e.g. attrition, engagement, promotion velocity), and offer insights tailored to tech and corporate org needs—such as headcount modeling, skills mapping, or compensation benchmarking.
  • Support engagement initiatives that improve employee experience and build a culture of innovation and inclusivity across the teams.
  • Coach leaders, helping them grow as people managers and aligning team development with company goals.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions by driving change management strategies that maintain employee engagement and support during transformations.
  • Partner on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, supporting leaders to foster diverse and inclusive teams and embedding DEI principles in all people practices.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to refine and execute recruiting strategies that attract top talent while ensuring a smooth and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Drive HR operations such as performance reviews, compensation planning, and compliance, ensuring alignment with both business strategy and legal requirements, while utilizing HR systems like Workday and Greenhouse for operational efficiency.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR technology solutions, working closely with internal tech teams to streamline processes and improve the employee experience.
