What You Will Do:

Leverage advanced HVAC technical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system challenges using cutting-edge diagnostic tools and innovative troubleshooting techniques for residential HVAC systems.Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.Test HVAC system performance and efficiency using specialized tools and equipment.Install, repair, or replace defective parts or components of HVAC systemsIdentify and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance system performance and energy efficiencyKeep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on HVAC systemsComply with all safety regulations and guidelines while working on HVAC systems

Qualifications:Minimum 1-year certified residential HVAC technician experience with proven expertise in system installations, repairs, and maintenance for Florida home services.Basic knowledge of HVAC codes and safety proceduresExperience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventorySales and customer service experience requiredMust pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screenStrong customer service skills, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and professional commitmentAbility to perform physical tasks required for HVAC service, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various environments

 

Competitive compensation ranging from $75,000-100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation available through incentive program.
