Production Technician (Weekday; 2nd Shift)

Description

Perricone Farms, a leading citrus juice supplier located in Beaumont, CA, is seeking a Production Technician to join our team. This is fast-paced position which offers long-term, consistent employment with a competitive benefits package, including but not limited to Health, Vision, Dental, Life and 401K.

Pay Rate: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour + Differential

• 6 Days Per Week (Sundays Off)
• Holiday work may be required based on production needs

Shift / Hours:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (17.50 – 18.50 + No Differential)
• 2nd shift: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm ($16.50 – 18.50 + $1 Differential)
• 3rd shift: 11:00 pm to 7:30 am ($16.50 – 18.50 + $2 Differential)

Job Duties:

Production Technicians may rotate through various job duties including but not limited to:

• Emptying or Filling 55-gallon Drums
• Assembling, Packing, and Stacking boxes
• Wrapping Pallets with Shrink Wrap
• Operating Machinery
• Unloading Fruit from Trucks
• “Grading” or Sorting Fruit
• Labeling
• Ensuring Equipment is Functioning Safely
• Logging Activities Daily
• Setting up Production Area with Appropriate Materials
• General Cleaning

Requirements:

• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Able to read, write and speak English, as well as perform basic mathematics
• Able to withstand cold and non-climate-controlled environment
• Flexibility to work different job functions and as well as overtime
• Successfully pass pre-employment screenings including a drug screen
