Voice and Video Team Lead

GCyber is seeking a Voice and Video Team Lead, to support our government customer. As the Voice and Video Team Lead you will, analyze company and competitor product capabilities, define and verify system requirements, and translates product strategies into detailed specifications. Develop standards, design interfaces, and integrate network and system elements. Evaluate performance, liaise with customers, and support business development by shaping requirements.

As the Voice and Video Team Lead, you will:

• Coordinates the planning, design, and installation of equipment, using knowledge of engineering and programming as well as sophisticated instruments and computers
• Participates in system conceptual design and documentation of the design concepts
• Installs all new hardware, systems, and software for networks
• Designs, creates, and builds network services, equipment and devices
• Generates system level requirements verification procedures and customer acceptance test procedures
• Monitors system performance and implements performance tuning
• Reviews test plans/procedures and ensures they meet the objectives of the contractual requirements and participates in the testing process to validate requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Active DoD Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of mobile and cellular engineering experience (or commensurate experience)
• US Coast Guard Experience highly preferred
