We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-obsessed Deck Foreman to help us deliver flawless decks and an amazing customer experience on every project. You’ll be leading install crews, keeping jobs on track, and making sure the final product is picture perfect.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running the day-to-day on-site operations of our deck installation projects
• Leading morning crew huddles and making sure everyone’s on the same page
• Reviewing scopes, keeping jobs on schedule, and fixing issues as they come up
• Performing punch list items and light-duty tasks (like plugs, lighting, final touches) yourself
• Tidying and cleaning the site daily, especially at job completion
• Communicating with the office and the Production Manager throughout the day
• Making sure we leave behind a clean job and a happy customer — every time

Work Schedule:

• Start time: Be on-site and ready to go by 8:00 AM sharp
• End time: Typically between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, depending on the project and day
• This is a full-time, steady position — you’re expected to be on site every scheduled workday, rain or shine (unless we call it)

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in deck building or carpentry/construction supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Physically able to do light work and site cleanup
• Obsessed with clean, tight, high-quality finishes
• Can read a scope, organize a site, and run a small crew
• Takes pride in the work and doesn’t cut corners
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
