About the role

What You Can Expect

As the Executive Assistant, providing dual reporting to both the Chief Legal & Ethics Officer and the Chief Human Resources Officer of the North America Business Unit of ENGIE S.A. You also support the Senior Vice President for Government and Regulatory Affairs. Your role involves:

  • Performing complex and confidential administrative tasks, such as managing officers' active calendars, planning events and meetings, placing catering orders, composing correspondence, maintaining organizational charts, and arranging travel plans.
  • Assisting the legal and HR teams with administrative tasks, including routing documents for execution in DocuSign, providing expense reporting assistance, and processing purchase orders through Coupa.
  • Acting as the regional administrator for Legal Tracker, processing legal invoices, creating matters, and troubleshooting.

Additionally, you handle non-legal invoices through Coupa, research and prioritize incoming issues, and ensure smooth communication between officers and internal departments. You provide regular back-up support to the Executive Assistant of the CEO of ENGIE North America Inc., and you manage other duties or special projects as needed, such as submitting timesheets and expense reports, ordering office supplies, distributing mail, and assisting with office moves.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum five (5) years of previous administrative experience supporting senior level executives 
  • Expert in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, and external partners.
  • Expert level written and verbal communications skills.
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem solving with strong decision making capability.
  • Resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently and exercise good judgment.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 5% of the time
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

 

 

Compensation

Salary Range:  $62,400- $95,450 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
