Senior Employee Relations Specialist

<h4><strong>About the Team</strong></h4> <p><span>You will join a highly motivated and collaborative global team who build and drive Miro’s philosophy, guidelines and practices for handling all employee-related matters and performance management. </span></p> <h4><strong>About the Role</strong></h4> <p><span>We are expanding our Employee Relations team to support our global workforce. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and guiding our ER function, building frameworks, policies, and practices that foster a culture of trust, accountability, and high performance. You will partner closely with leaders, People Business Partners, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure we handle employee relations matters fairly, consistently, and in alignment with our values. This is an opportunity to influence how we manage performance, resolve workplace issues, and build an inclusive and respectful environment where all Mironeers can thrive.</span></p> <h4><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Coach, guide and advise all levels of management through employee relations and performance management related matters </li> <li>Builds and maintains strong, trust based relationships at all levels of the business and collaborates with PBPs, Legal, COEs and Work Councils </li> <li>Guide managers in the interpretation and application of employment laws and regulations and HR related practices and policies </li> <li>Be the first point of contact for ER-related cases, queries and issues, such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance etc., providing appropriate and timely guidance and advice</li> <li>Conducts investigations in response to a range of employee relations concerns including harassment, discrimination, retaliation and other violations </li> <li>Ensures cases are handled fairly, consistently, transparently and in a timely manner in line with our culture, policies and local law</li> <li>Makes recommendations on appropriate courses of actions matching investigations strategy to complexity, risk, sensitivity and confidentiality </li> <li>Maintains an organised case management system including the ability to run analytics, metrics and produce data visualisations</li> <li>Proactively find opportunities to enhance the employee experience and help create and implement innovative solutions</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What you’ll need</strong></h4> <ul> <li>5+ years experience in ER, HR or related Legal experience</li> <li>Deep knowledge and understanding of NL employment law, it’s interpretation and application of employment practices.
