What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee quality control testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.

• Train and mentor QC technicians to maintain consistent testing procedures and documentation.

• Analyze test data and collaborate with operations to resolve quality issues proactively.

• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on product performance and customer satisfaction.

What Are We Looking For

• Strong understanding of construction materials testing and quality assurance protocols.

• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across departments.

• Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving within a technical environment.

• Comfortable working in both lab and field settings with attention to detail and safety.

• Proficiency in using testing equipment and relevant software systems.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
