We're seeking someone to join our Data Management Fleet as a lead developer in Institutional Equity Data Quality and Client Confidentiality initiatives in TEDRA to deliver large capabilities to satisfy IED business unit.
What you'll do in the role:
Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology and IED business organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.
Work with Electronic Trading Risk Management to develop data quality solutions on validating of client trading preferences are honored
Self-starter and deliver complex solutions that involve understanding of Cash Equity database schemas, data and business knowledge
Work with global team members to ensure the solutions are delivered based on client’s requirement
Become the point of contact for all North America and EMEA business users
Work on building and enhancing Data quality for TEDRA Business Analysis team
What you'll bring to the role:
Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines.
Ability to work independently in the NY business users and represent the squad in this time zone
Have excellent data knowledge of cash equity data models and business models
Good database knowledge on DB2, Greenplum and Snowflake
Senior python developer working on complex solutions
At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
