We're seeking someone to join our Data Management Fleet as a lead developer in Institutional Equity Data Quality and Client Confidentiality initiatives in TEDRA to deliver large capabilities to satisfy IED business unit.


What you'll do in the role:

• Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology and IED business organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.

• Work with Electronic Trading Risk Management to develop data quality solutions on validating of client trading preferences are honored

• Self-starter and deliver complex solutions that involve understanding of Cash Equity database schemas, data and business knowledge

• Work with global team members to ensure the solutions are delivered based on client’s requirement

• Become the point of contact for all North America and EMEA business users

• Work on building and enhancing Data quality for TEDRA Business Analysis team

What you'll bring to the role:

• Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.

• Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines.

• Ability to work independently in the NY business users and represent the squad in this time zone

• Have excellent data knowledge of cash equity data models and business models

• Good database knowledge on DB2, Greenplum and Snowflake

• Senior python developer working on complex solutions

• At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $210,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, wh
