Responsibilities:

• - Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
• - Support residents with mobility and physical exercises as directed by the healthcare team.
• - Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to ensure their safety and comfort.
• - Provide emotional support and companionship to foster a positive living environment.
• - Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications:

• - Valid CHHA certification in New Jersey.
• - Prior experience in home health or elderly care is preferred.
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
