Substitute Teacher - Notre Dame Catholic School

**Job Summary:**
Notre Dame Catholic School in Spring Hill, FL is looking for substitute teachers to fill in for regular employees in the absence of permanent staff members. The substitute will follow lesson plans and instructions left by the absent teacher or staff member to ensure continuity in the educational or work environment.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some positions may require specific certifications or degrees
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with different age groups and in various work environments
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt quickly to changes

**Responsibilities:**
- Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher or staff member
- Provide instruction and support to students or colleagues
- Maintain a positive and respectful learning or work environment
- Manage classroom or work activities effectively
- Communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate staff member

**Requirements:**
- Background check may be required
- Ability to work on short notice
- Willingness to work in a variety of settings and with different age groups
- Availability to work part-time or on call
