The role of the Donation Attendant is responsible for providing friendly service to our customers and donors. The Donation Attendant will assist in processing incoming donations and other duties as assigned. He/she would also assist in keeping the store clean, safe and accessible to our customers.


Essential Job Functions:

• Sorts and processes donations into various categories
• Greets and thanks donors and customers for their contributions
• Transfer merchandise from donor vehicle to building
• Offers tax receipt to every donor
• Keeps inside and outside of donation area clean and organized•
• Other duties as assigned


Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Education and/or Experience: High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Physical Demands:
- Able to lift 40 lbs. on a regular basis and stand on feet for up to eight hours.
- Able to carry items up and down stairs if needed.
• Must be able to work irregular hours.
