VP Supply Corp is one of the nation’s largest distributors of plumbing, HVAC, kitchen cabinets, and electrical supplies. We have over 350 employees with 15 locations across Western New York and Pennsylvania. For over 50 years, we have proudly served residential customers as well as contractors and municipalities across a variety of industries. 

Position Overview:

We are seeking to hire a territory manager with an emphasis on kitchen cabinet sales with at least 1 year of experience to join our Albany branch.

Responsibilities:

• Work with builders, developers, and contractors in regard to new construction and remodeling projects. 
• Continuously stay apprised of design trends and product lines to properly assist customers with selections.
• Provide accurate field measurements and drawings of projects.
• 20/20 design experience is a plus.
• Provide sales and consulting services to trade/design customers, and industry partners. 
• Provide superior customer service to both VP’s existing and potential customer base to ensure complete customer satisfaction. 
• Generate quotes for current and prospective clients.  
• Coordinate orders, project timelines and follow through.
• Solve problems, and maintain an open communication dialog with vendors and customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and their representatives.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience creating kitchen & bath designs from space planning, layout, and appliance locations.  
• Must be detail-oriented and able to meet customer deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to time-sensitive commitments to respond to customers and deliver excellent customer service.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:· This job operates on the road frequently. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. · Travel to customer/prospect locations and VP Supply branches, as requested, and as business warrants.
