About the role

The Warehouse Team provides crucial support to the logistics and operations teams by exercising control over packaging stock, provision, and quality, ensuring a streamlined, dependable, and quality-focused supply chain. This encompasses a comprehensive set of responsibilities aimed at managing packaging materials, provisioning processes, and maintaining stringent quality standards.

The Warehouse Coordinator will perform administrative duties related to inventory management of packaging materials, including maintaining records, purchasing stock, tracking reusable packages, and initiating Package Send Out and Package Return shipments.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain clean and safe environment in the warehouse per Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards
  • Perform inventory counts of packaging and shipping materials
  • Monitor and track locations of reusable packaging inventory in collaboration with other Biocair Warehouses
  • Fulfill Package Send Out and Package Return orders into Transportation Management System for shipments using Biocair-provided packaging
  • Retrieve temperature monitor data, and upload to Transport Management System
  • Relief driving as required

In addition, you will demonstrate these key competencies:

  • Experience of working within a warehouse environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven previous experience of working well under time pressure and with a high attention to detail demonstrated by the ability to check and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Possess a full, valid US driving license with less than 2 moving violations in the last 24 months
  • The physical ability to move/lift shipments of up to 75 lbs

Please note this is a full time role,Ā 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 based out of our Raleigh office.Ā
