 You will contribute to the development of the Aviation activities taking into consideration the roadmap and ambition of the Group. Located in Houston (Texas), you will support Risk Control and 
 Financial Analysis for US Aviation Supply and Sales activities in a fast-paced and complex environment.

You have a strong work ethic, not afraid to play with numbers and have analytical mindset. You are optimistic and not afraid to work in a fast-paced environment. You are proactive, problem solving and master Microsoft Excel. You are a real team player and solve problems independently.

You will work for the Aviation Division within the Marketing and Services branch located in Houston, TX. The Aviation activities are built on transporting and supplying jet fuel by pipeline mainly across the US to the different airports through contracts with major airlines. 

The business is highly exposed to the price fluctuations. The price risk associated with the business requires careful management of a hedge program using different financial instruments. Your focus is to closely monitor and manage the price exposure of the business in close coordination with the front officer and the Aviation Manager in addition to frequent interaction with the Trading arm of TotalEnergies. You will also be in charge of the development, maintenance and use of the analysis tool to assist in explaining the monthly P&L result and the annual budget/long term plan exercise.

Activities

As part of your missions, you are in charge of: 

  -Follow written risk management procedures strictly 

 -Responsible for all daily and monthly position reporting and reconciliation 

-Monitor and control daily trades and modifications to trades entered for accuracy and reasonableness, particularly those that could change price exposure.
