Subcontractor - AMD - Seok, Changgyu - 6.15.2026

PhD student, Changgyu Seok from the Virginia Tech, and Argonne National Lab’s Materials Engineering Research Facility (herein after referred to ANL-MERF) will work under the DOE-TTO funded project LENS project under Dr. Ozge Kahvecioglu. In this project, Changgyu will work on calcination optimization and in-situ characterization for the sodium-ion battery (SIB) cathode materials using low cost calcination procedures.

Education and Experience Requirements

• The entirety of the appointment must be conducted within the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older at the time the appointment begins.
• Applicants must be:

‒ Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies at an accredited institution

‒ Graduated from an accredited institution within the past 3 months; or

‒ Actively enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited institution
