This role sits at the intersection of finance and technology, serving as the primary owner and lead administrator of the NetSuite environment and the key liaison between Finance, IT, NetSuite (Oracle), and external implementation partners. The Associate Director ensures that NetSuite and connected financial systems are configured, maintained, and continuously improved to support accurate financial reporting, scalable accounting operations, and strong internal controls. Beyond system administration, this individual is responsible for delivering a high standard of financial systems service to internal Finance users — establishing support processes, training frameworks, and governance models that enable the Finance team to operate with efficiency, confidence, and data integrity across all platforms.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><br>Work Arrangement &amp; Location:&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><strong>Hybrid - </strong>This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring a minimum of two (2) days on-site per week — currently designated as <strong>Tuesday and Wednesday</strong>.
