About the role
- Prepares materials for and conducts weekly group meetings.
- Teaches patients the weight loss curriculum.
- Keeps individual and group summary data on all active patients.
- Follows up with current patients via telephone, individual or group meetings.
- Presents program orientation to give an overview of the Weight Loss program.
- Promotes quality patient care.
- Communicates regularly with the staff to promote a consistent, integrated and effective program.
- Attends training and conference calls to stay current with the latest treatment methodologies.
- Attends staff meetings to discuss administrative and patient care issues.
- Compiles a patient agenda for discussing at weekly staff meetings.
- Coordinates collection and validation of clinic data.
- Participates in marketing efforts.
- Possesses BS degree
- Experience developing and managing a medical weight loss program.
- Strong organizational skills.
- CPR certified.
- Must be a Registered Dietitian
