Embark on an adventurous journey and explore the world of HEINEKEN with our <b>Global Graduate Program</b> - designed to fast track your career and develop you into a future leader at one of the world's most renowned brands. </p> <p> </p> <p><b>What is Global Graduate Program?</b></p> <p> </p> <p>It's a 3-year career path within Sales area divided by 18-months that consists development from the scratch, cross-functional experience and international assigment, and 18-months in landing role in our Head Office in Warsaw. </p> <p> </p> <p><b>GGP step by step:</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><b>Rotation 1 </b>(6 months): Set off at Grupa Żywiec in Warsaw. Here, you’ll gain a solid foundation in Sales and an understanding of our operations, strategy, and culture.</li> <li><b>Rotation 2</b> (6 months): Continue at Grupa Żywiec in Warsaw with a cross-functional assignment, widening your perspective and understanding of different business areas and how they interconnect.</li> <li><b>Rotation 3 </b>(6 motnhs): Broaden your horizons with an international assignment at HEINEKEN, enhancing your global mindset and cultural adaptability.</li> <li><b>Landing Role </b>(18 months): Now you’ve got all the tools, it’s time for you to apply what you’ve learnt in a management position at Grupa Żywiec in Warsaw. But we are looking specifically for new graduates. That’s a maximum of 1-year post-graduation.</li> <li><b>Languages:</b> English language is essential, Polish language is not required.</li> <li><b>Work Rights: </b>The right to work in Poland is essential.</li> <li><b>Travel Flexibility:</b> Global exploration can’t happen from home! We require all Explorers to be fully globally mobile.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Sounds exticing? Then, how to apply and what next:</b></p> <p> </p> <ol> <li><b>Application Submission: </b>Upload your CV through our application portal. Application period is <b>from 06.03.2025 till 04.04.2025</b>.</li> <li><b>Online Assessments: </b>Take the online assessments. They will be based on situational behaviour scenarios, so no need to prepare anything in advance. A cognitive test is also part of the online assessment. </li> <li><b>Interviews: </b>Upon completing the online assessments, we will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful. You will then be invited for two interviews. We’re aiming to hold these around <b>22 - 25.04.2025</b>.</li> <li><b>Assessment Centre: </b>Then it’s time for the in-person assessment centre, where you will participate in various activities and evaluations. What now? Upon successfully completing the program, you will have the opportun
