About the Role

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you’ll design, implement, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, lead technical strategy, and drive adoption across the organization

It's a contract role for 6–12 months.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions

• Integration & Data Strategy: Lead integrations with APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and cloud platforms

• Technical Leadership: Guide developers, admins, and business stakeholders

• Security & Governance: Ensure compliance with security frameworks and data governance

• CRM Optimization: Improve processes and automation within the CRM

• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner across functions to ensure adoption and success

• Innovation: Stay current with Salesforce advancements, AI tools, and best practices

Essential knowledge, skills & experience:

• 5+ years in Salesforce architecture and solution delivery

• Experience across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds

• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components

• Skilled in API integrations, middleware, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Integration experience is essential.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce governance and multi-cloud strategies

• Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills

• Fluency in English

Nice-to-have

• Salesforce certifications (especially CTA, Application/System Architect, Integration/Data Architect)

• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF)

• Familiarity with AI-powered Salesforce tools like Einstein AI
