Freelance Senior Account Director (Full-time, Immediate – End of April)

We are seeking a Freelance Senior Account Director to step in immediately through the end of April to provide senior-level leadership across a key client vertical. This role will ensure continuity, strong client management, financial oversight, and cross-functional alignment during a transitional period. The position reports to the Head of Client Services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior strategic lead across assigned accounts, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring delivery against KPIs and expectations.

• Own scopes of work, staffing alignment, burn management, and profitability across accounts.

• Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Strategy, Production, PM, and Finance to ensure seamless execution and clear communication.

• Lead tentpole and high-visibility projects, providing senior strategic guidance and oversight.

• Identify organic growth opportunities and support new business efforts within the vertical as needed.

• Maintain high standards of quality, operational rigor, and financial discipline across all engagements during the contract period.

This is a hands-on senior role focused on stabilizing, leading, and driving strong performance across active client work through April.
