What You’ll Do:
Instructional Design & Development:
- Design, develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate courses and training programs, including associated materials.
- Guide projects from needs analysis through development and implementation.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with subject matter experts (SME) to ensure content accuracy and relevance by engaging in collaborative sessions.
- Collaborate with a team of facilitators, producers and other designers. To create high quality, engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Utilize various technologies and platforms for e-learning, including authoring tools, and multimedia software.
- Assess progress and align content based on feedback and performance data
- Maintain instructional design assignments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to peers to support the development of capabilities.
- Analyze course and project feedback to identify additional learning opportunities.
- Attend industry-focused opportunities to maintain awareness and knowledge on best practices for educational technology and instructional design.
- Conduct peer reviews of course materials to ensure accuracy.
- Lead and manage the integration of new e-learning applications, coordinating with other departments when necessary.
- Create customized e-learning content when necessary.
