The Mass General Brigham Medical Group is a system-led operating entity formed by Mass General Brigham to deliver high quality, low cost, innovative community-based ambulatory care. This work stems from Mass General Brigham’s unified system strategy to bring health care closer to patients while lowering total health care costs. The Medical Group provides a wide range of offerings, including primary care, specialty care, behavioral and mental health, and urgent care, both digitally as well as at physical locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. The group also offers outpatient surgery and endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion. We share the commitment to delivering coordinated and comprehensive experience across all locations, ensuring the appropriate level of care is available to every patient across our care delivery sites.

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our Cardiovascular Medicine specialty and play a foundational role in our patient-centered practice. Our Cardiology services include follow-up visits and a broad spectrum of diagnostic cardiac testing. Our mission is to provide patients with personalized, high-quality care. We are dedicated to improving and maintaining health through preventative care and treating chronic diseases. We treat chronic care needs such as hypertension, elevated cholesterol, congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, and others.

The Practice Manager will oversee daily operations of both our Hyannis and Orleans office, with the Hyannis location being the home base for this role. Our team includes approximately 20 staff members (clinical and non-clinical) that will report to this Practice Manager and 3 providers. The clinic hours of operation for this role are Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
