Senior Specialist CoE Total Rewards - SuccessFactors Compensation (temporary cover contract)

Your role & responsibilities:

• Responsible for building and maintaining system support for efficient global Total Rewards processes
• Configure systems during the implementation phase of projects according to strategic design requirements of Total Rewards
• Align with other SF experts globally to create the best possible human experience management
• Drive and execute yearly compensation cycles from a system perspective
• Collaborate with Shared Services to create and update technical support documentation and provide 3rd level cusstomer support
• Design and implement trainings for HR and business customers related to system use

 

Your skills & strengths:

• Professional experience with end-to-end implementation / configuration and technical support of Workday or SAP SF Compensation & Variable Pay modules
• Educational Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology and/or IT with a major Human Resources/ People Management
• Experience with HRIT systems, SuccessFactors Compensation and Total Rewards IT tools
• Understanding of different cultures and working in a multi-national corporate environment
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English, German or other secondary language is a plus
• Analytical person with strong conceptual skills being able to transfer concepts into system supported processes
• Hands-on and “get things done” personality
