We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join the Customer Support Data & Analytics team as a PowerBI developer. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Power BI development, agile product management, and stakeholder engagement within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You Will Do

• Power BI Development: Fully integrate into the Power BI program team as a developer, contributing to the execution of low-complexity backlog items for FIRM/Fleet360. Tasks will include:

  • Implementing simple visualization enhancements.

  • Designing product features.

  • Integrating Customer Support Data Warehouse (CSDW) data into Power BI (based on technical aptitude).

• Product Testing & Stakeholder Engagements: Collaborate with the Product Owner to support:

  • Sprint review demos.

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) reviews with program office stakeholders.

  • Work on pre-identified backlog items planned during PI Planning prior to the start date.

What You Will Learn

• Gain real-world experience in Power BI development and at-scale product management in an agile environment.

• Develop an understanding of Customer Support data and CE aftermarket/programs reporting.

• Enhance stakeholder communication and presentation skills through active participation in engagements.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science or Data Science

• Minimum 3.0 GPA

Qualifications We Prefer

• Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Interest in learning about agile methodologies, data integration, and stakeholder collaboration.
