<p><span>We are seeking a <strong>Senior Project Lead </strong>to drive and deliver high-impact internal projects across the Subsea Production Systems (SPS) organization. This role is fully focused on leading cross-functional, non-commercial projects—such as enterprise system implementations, business improvement initiatives, and the transformation of internal business processes.</span></p>
<p><span>You’ll own projects from strategic alignment through execution and post-review, with direct visibility among senior stakeholders. This position is ideal for a seasoned project professional who combines strong leadership and PM discipline with a deep understanding of organizational change, digital transformation, and value-driven delivery.</span></p>

<p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p>

<li><span>Lead complex, cross-functional internal projects aligned with SPS strategic goals and business value.</span></li>
<li><span>Own full project lifecycles—from early scoping and planning through execution and post-implementation review.</span></li>
<li><span>Prioritize and manage initiatives based on value, timelines, resources, and organizational readiness.</span></li>
<li><span>Define and oversee scope, schedules, risks, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.</span></li>
<li><span>Monitor project KPIs to track performance and support decisions.</span></li>
<li><span>Present regular updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and governance boards.</span></li>
<li><span>Drive stakeholder alignment and change management through clear communication and engagement across departments.</span></li>
<li><span>Ensure adoption and integration of new processes or systems.</span></li>
<li><span>Mentor junior project leads and promote a culture of learning, ownership, and continuous improvement.</span></li>
<li><span>Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and HSE policies, while contributing to the development of internal project frameworks.</span></li>
