Sonography Student (General Ultrasound)- Flex/PRN

How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare:

Will work around student's school schedule.  

Performs professional duties involved in a variety of technical procedures to perform ultrasound examinations for diagnosis of patients of all ages.
 

• Applies knowledge of growth and development to appropriately care for all patients served.
• Under direct supervision of a Registered Sonographer, operates highly specialized, technical equipment to obtain quality ultrasound images.
• Performs duties associated with processing patients, which may include scheduling, registration, file management and computer processing skills.
• Evaluates and positions patients with a high degree of professional ethics, care, courtesy, patience and safety.

What We Require:

Education: High school graduate or equivalent education required. Current student in final spring semester of an approved school of Ultrasound Science.

Experience: Letter of support from Program Director.

Other Minimum Qualifications: Good interpersonal, technical skills and flexibility in assignments.
