The Job:  

As a Workday Domain Architect, you’ll be part of our Corporate Information Systems Management Team, working as a virtual employee. You’ll get to:   

• Translates business domain understanding and context to technical capabilities for technical architects and development teams. ​
• Accountable for collaborating with business relationship managers and business stakeholders to understand business requirements, identifying solution gaps and defining processes and best practices by defining solutions to meet the business need. ​Previous experience in supporting business within the HR space preferred (HCM, Benefits, Learning, Talent, Recruiting and Total Rewards).
• Provide support to document high-level and detailed design of solutions​
• Helps to define the effort and skills required to implement solutions​
• Ensure work scope is maintained and solutions are implemented, managing and approving Changes​ and Holding Vendors accountable for deliverables.
• Assist with application scan and risk review to validate privacy, security, and risk policies are met, working with Solution Architecture.
• Responsible for examining the current systems architecture and working with business and technical staff to recommend solutions that result in more effective systems​
• Work closely in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture to shape EA guardrails, standards and patterns​

• Understanding of Infrastructure technologies, including cloud computing / SaaS / IaaS / PaaS technologies, is desirable.
• Expertise in application technologies/platforms/capabilities with a broader understanding of the overall environment
• Previous experience with Workday preferred
• ITFS Project Methodology knowledge

• Undergraduate degree and 13+ years relevant experience, or Graduate degree and 10-12 years relevant experience.
